Is there a desk for working remotely?
Yes, both the main house and the Casita have a desk.
Does the house have a good BBQ?
It sure does! There is a great Weber Genesis BBQ right off the kitchen on the back deck.
Is there a hot tub in the back yard?
Absolutely! There’s nothing more relaxing to start or end your day with a soak in our super private Marquis hot tub.
Is there a fire pit and backyard seating?
There is a beautiful fire pit table in the backyard with comfortable seating as well as a four-person dining table and chairs.
Is there a swimming pool?
No, but we have included swimming privileges at the brand-new Duchamp Hotel right in downtown Healdsburg. This luxury boutique resort hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the house!
Does the house have cookware, knives, plates, etc?
Absolutely, the house is fully equipped with Hexclad Cookware, Henkel Knives, Williams Sonoma Dinner Ware , Glasses, etc. We have everything you need so yu will truly feel at home.
Is there good Wifi?
Yes, we have Comcast 1GB+ Wi-Fi.
Does the house have an EV Charging Station?
Of course! We have a Universal Charging Station right next to your parking spot.
What is in the Casita?
The casita is a fully furnished separate ADU residence that makes a fantastic second Master Suite or Guest Quarters for your visiting family and friends! This unit can also be used for an Art Studio, Exercise Room, Home Office or even a One Car Luxury Garage for your favorite car.
Furnished with a queen canopy bed, armoire, desk, full bath and a small efficiency kitchen with refrigerator, sink, coffee maker and induction cooktop. The bathroom includes a beautiful marble tile walk-in shower and pedestal sink. The Casita also features a 14’ long folding glass wall that opens directly to the backyard travertine patio for a true indoor-outdoor living experience.
Does the main house and Casita come with housekeeping services?
Absolutely! We will clean and refresh your house weekly using the premiere staff from the nearby luxury Duchamp Hotel.
Is the Casita included in the monthly lease rate with the house?
Yes.
Do I have to pay for utilities?
No, we have included all utilities (Electric-Gas-Water/Sewer, Garbage, Hi-Speed Internet) in the monthly lease rate.
Are there any additional charges besides the monthly lease rate?
No, none. We have included all utilities, including high-speed internet, weekly housekeeping, weekly hot tub & landscape maintenance, etc. in your monthly lease rate.

Healdsburg’s iconic and world-famous downtown Plaza is just a 5-minute walk from the house, right down Plaza Street!
Are there outdoor activities in the area surrounding Healdsburg?
